Mental Health Walks with Transition

Are you struggling with mental health, feeling isolated, or simply would like to go out into nature and connect with someone new? As an attempt to improve the community’s well-being during the pandemic we, as Transition volunteers, would like to take Freshers (or anyone who might be feeling down) on walks around St Andrews. The walks would be around one hour long and the routes would vary based on the volunteers’ and freshers’ availability, so do not worry if an hour is too long for you.
