In this skillshare Sarah will teach you core practices to create balance and ease through your monthly cycle. We will look at breathing practices, yoga postures, meditation and relaxation that form the heart if a feminine yoga practice designed to support you through your menstrual cycle. We will also look at how to adapt this general practice to suit your needs at different points in your cycle, and how yoga can be used to help alleviate period pains, mood swings and other common difficulties. The session will include yoga nidra (yogic sleep), a deep relaxation with intention that can leave you feeling as refreshed as a full night’s sleep.
