This is a practical short courses for absolute beginners on a bike or who have not ridden since childhood.

It aims to provide you with the necessary skills to negotiate on-road journeys. The course covers the following: bike handling, cycling with confidence on the road and basic bike checks for safety.

If you like you could then attend day two for more intermediate riders, or join a led ride to gain further confidence.
